These terms govern your use of Boutique Brands, a service operated by Domain Farm Ltd.
1. The service
Boutique Brands offers a curated selection of authentic, hand-selected luxury pieces, and a personal shopping service sourcing pieces from boutiques in Europe and the UK for delivery to Dubai and worldwide. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Authenticity
Every piece is guaranteed authentic and is sold complete (full set) as described, sourced from boutique. If any item is found not to be authentic, we will refund you in full.
3. Pieces and availability
Items are one-of-a-kind. Anything shown as available is subject to prior sale; once a piece sells it is removed from the edit.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in GBP, EUR and AED. The price that applies is the price shown at the time you order, in your selected currency.
- Payment is taken securely by card through Stripe at checkout.
5. Delivery
We ship worldwide, including across the UAE, using insured, tracked couriers. Delivery times, and any import duties or taxes, depend on the destination and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Returns
As pieces are individual and high value, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any issue. Items must be returned unused, complete and in original condition. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
